Kia Optima Remote Start Not Working

Continuing problems with vehicle periodically going dead (lights, dash etc)when trying to start. My remote start knows the cabin temperature and when it's below 45 degrees it also automatically turns on my heated seat, the heated steering wheel and the rear window defroster.
